THE CLUB PROGRAM

Does your child want to play soccer all the time??  Is he/she kicking a soccer ball around the house all the time??  Then Az premier SC has the program for you.

The club program is for the serious soccer player starting from age 6 to age 19 for boys and girls.

In the club program we provide experienced soccer trainers that emphasis skill training as a basic foundation for every soccer player.  While everyone likes to keep score and we all like wins more than loses at AZ Premier SC the focus is on measurable growth of each individual player from the start of the season through the end of the season.  This growth will ultimately lead to success on the field.

Each player will be challenged at every training session to develop the skills needed to have individual and team success on the field.  At  AZ Premier SC we know that each player learns at their own time and pace.  Staff trainers strive to keep all players at the same training level and extra attention is placed on those that may need a little more time to "get it".

Training may be two to three nights per week depending on the age and competitiveness of the team.  Training will include field as well as classroom work.  Players will be encouraged to practice skills at home and to become an avid fan of the game by watching games in their leisure time.

Teams are formed by single age years whenever possible.  No child will be placed on a mixed age team, without the permission of the parents.

Each team will meet before the season starts with the club management to discuss expectations.  Club policies will be outlined and player and parent questions and expectations will be discussed and answered so the entire team can go forward during the season on the same page.

Competitive teams come in different levels.  Skill sets, dedication, motivation, and individual player strengths are all factors that go into the formation of a team.

Playing time is earned it is not a given because a player made a team.  The most important  factor in determining playing time is practice.  as the old saying goes "how you practice is how you play"  Players that rise to the challenge of training for success, who are motivated to be the best they can be will find themselves on the pitch.

Club team fees are grouped at three different levels
(1) all U7, U8, U9, and u10 teams pay the same fee.
(2) all U11, U12, U13, and U14 teams pay the same fee.
(3) All  U15, U16, U17, U18, and U19 teams pay the same fee.

You can check out age specific fees on the Administrative page of the web site.
