THE ARIZONA PREMIER SOCCER CLUB PLEDGE
AZ Premier SC is dedicated to offer a soccer program for the community of central Phoenix that Features:
A soccer program for every child no matter their skill level.
A beginning program (Recreational) dedicated to teaching the basics of soccer in a fun and positive environment. Emphasis is placed on developing basic skills and putting them into play in games where everyone plays, everyone wins and de-emphasis winning and losing.
A competitive (club program) that is dedicated to train for success. A program where each player is challenged to master soccer skill sets that give each player the tools to succeed on the field.
The club promises no drama.
The club pledges proper placement of every player on the proper team.
The club pledges proper placement of each team in the proper league and level.
The club pledges to meet with each team and each family (if necessary) to discuss expectations and make sure that all are on the same page.
The club pledges that each child will have a positive and fun experience during their time with the club. Each player will develop skill sets and life experiences that they will carry into all endeavors off the soccer field for the rest of their lives.
Below please find the Mission Statement from the club bylaws:
Bylaw 102. MISSION STATEMENT
Section 1. It is the mission of the AZPSC to foster the physical, mental, and emotional growth and development of the State of Arizona’s women/youth through sports at all levels of age and competition.
Section 2. The objectives of the AZPSC are to:
(a) Promote and further develop amateur women’s/youth sports.
(b) Organize and govern amateur sports for women/youth.
(c) Assign administrative responsibilities to member organizations.
(e) Provide programs for the membership as required.
(f) Administer and conduct statewide competitions as required.
Section 3. The AZPSC shall not discriminate against any individual on the basis of race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, physical handicap, or disability.
Section 4. The AZPSC shall maintain its non-profit corporation status, organized and existing under the laws of the State of Arizona.
Section 5. The AZPSC may affiliate with, and/or establish other entities or operate a dba organization, if the Executive Board finds that, in the best interest of the organization, it is warranted to do so.
